जिला गरियाबंद के ए.एन.एम. विहीन उप स्वास्थ्य केन्द्रों में ए.एन.एम. की सेवायें (जिला खनिज संस्थान न्यास, जिला-गरियाबंद (छ.ग.) की वार्षिक कार्ययोजना (2019-20) में राशि की उपलब्धता अथवा विभागीय पदपूर्ति होने तक) लिये जाने के लिए निम्नानुसार नियम एवं शर्तों के अधीन दिनांक 13.12.2019 को साय॑ 05.30 बजे तक कार्यालय मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी, जिला-गरियाबंद (छ.ग.) में अभ्यर्थी स्वयं उपस्थित होकर आवेदन पत्र जमा कर सकते हैं।
