No
directions – no video – not working

Hello – at first looking at the Imbound plugins for
landing pages – call-to-action -and Imbound forms- I
thought “what a great system plugin for WordPress.
However – after creating a landing page and then tring
to utilize the call to action by placing the shortcode
in the landing page – it does not show up.These are the
most important function of them all! So then I created
an Imbound form instead for Email and although it seems
to work – I find out later when testing it does not
send out any email when tested. I wondered why I did
not get any responses – not even one! Not to my
notification email or to the one who subscribes.
Unfortunately I jumped the gun and advertised the
landing page, and now I do not know whether I have
gotten any responses or not. I tried to get support
earlier on when attempting to use these plugins because
the help videos just disappeared after navigating away
one time. I cannot find any directions or videos – nor
can I get any support response. So it seems to be a
good idea gone bad to me. Mistakes and malfunctions can
and do happen with a lot of plugins, but the worst
thing in the world is not getting any support
what-so-ever! So I suppose there is not a lot of “going
Premium” with these plugins.
I have no alternative but to uninstall the plugins and
go with another unless the developer “sees the light”
and decides to create some simple directions and figure
out how to keep the help videos on the dashboard page.
The developer would have seen a much larger response to
selling premium if the free versions atleast worked or
just answer support. I see this alot when dealing with
wordpress developers and I could never figure out why!

The support (Hudson Atwell) is efficient, nice, and
really trying to help (I had issues related to
multi-site, which is always a big problem with plugins
in general). So 6 stars only for that, I am very
grateful.

The plugin itself is great and offers lots of nice
features.

If you want to get amazing landing pages on your
website, this is the way to go.

Install this plugin, you cannot go wrong !!

Might be good but will not work so how would I
know.
Was OK until I changed the template and then I get
errors and the whole plugin dies. Needs to be
reinstalled before I can access again. Searched for the
error message but apparently I am the only one to ever
get this error as it appears in no search.

After a while company removes templates to force you to
buy the latest ones never use
